EVENTS AND NEWS
Join us for our 200th-anniversary kick-off event, as we invite the public for a fun-filled day at the farm.
This educational and inspirational day will be fun for the whole family. There will be many opportunities to learn about the progress that has been made over the last two centuries to get food on our tables, and about the Funk Family's contribution to American Agriculture.
Explore old and new farm equipment. Enjoy live music and entertainment, and activities for the kids. Listen to guest speakers about the history of Funk Farms. Kick back in a lawn chair, enjoy a local coffee or beer brewed special for Funk Farms by Keg Grove Brewing Co.
A book titled "Pioneers Built from the Soil Up" detailing the impact of the Funk Family on American history, will be launched at this historic event, and will be available for purchase!
The vendor market features small businesses from both near and far. Clothing, crafts, and a soy candle making experience by Farm to Wick, just to name a few. Our retail beef store will be open all day.
